Thunder, Lightning, Strike by The Go! Team

Thunder, Lightning, Strike is the debut studio album by English band The Go! Team. It was released on British label Memphis Industries on 13 September 2004. The album was produced by the band with Gareth Parton, brother of band member Ian Parton, in their parents' garage in Swansea, and mixed at The Fortress Studios and Bluestone in London.Thunder, Lightning, Strike was released to critical acclaim and later nominated for the 2005 Mercury Music Prize. It was re-released in the United Kingdom and the United States by Columbia Records in October 2005 with additional bonus tracks and in a slightly remixed form due to sample clearance issues. The album peaked at number 48 on the UK Albums Chart in February 2006, some 18 months after its original release.
