About Iris
Iris is Miranda Sex Garden's second release, and first EP.
Following 1991's debut album Madra, which consisted entirely of a cappella renditions of English madrigals, the band introduced rock instrumentation such as guitar, bass and drums, transforming them into a band with a distinct darkwave and gothic rock sound. They would continue to explore this area on future releases.
