Not to be confused with former Soulfly drummer Joe Nunez.Johan Nunez (born June 3, 1991 in Guarromán, Spain) is the drummer for power metal band Firewind and the former drummer for melodic death metal bands Nightrage and Suicide of Demons and symphonic metal band Kamelot.
In February 2018, he joined the American power metal band Kamelot as their new permanent drummer, replacing their longtime member Casey Grillo. On April 21, 2018, it was announced that he would be stepping away from the band due to injury during the band's North American tour.
