The 1975 é uma banda inglesa de pop rock formada em Manchester. O grupo é formado por Matty Healy (Vocalista, guitarrista), Adam Hann (guitarrista), George Daniel (baterista, vocalista) e Ross MacDonald (baixista).
Eles já lançaram quatro EPs, enquanto seu álbum de estreia auto-intitulado foi lançado em 02 de setembro de 2013 pelas gravadoras Hit Dirty / Polydor. O álbum estreou como número 1 na UK Albums Chart em 8 de setembro de 2013. A banda fez turnês internacionais e também se apresentou no festival Coachella em 2014. The 1975 lançou no dia 30 de novembro de 2018, o seu terceiro álbum de estúdio, "A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships".
