Less Than Jake é uma banda americana de ska punk de Gainesville, Flórida. Originalmente formado em 1992 como um trio de power pop, a banda se transformou num híbrido de ska punk e punk rock. Até hoje, a banda lançou 8 álbuns e alguns singles e compilações. A atual formação consiste no guitarrista/vocalista Chris Demakes, baixista/vocalista Roger Manganelli, baterista/letrista Vinnie Fiorello, trombonista Buddy Schaub, e saxofonista Peter "JR" Wasilewski.
Em 12 de novembro de 2013 a banda lançou seu último álbum de estúdio, See The Light, pela gravadora Fat Wreck Chords.
