Revocation

I Revocation sono una extreme metal band statunitense di Boston, Massachusetts. La band è stata fondata dal chitarrista e cantante David Davidson, dal bassista Anthony Buda e dal batterista Phil Dubois-Coyne nel 2000. In origine la band si chiamava Cryptic Warning ma il nome fu cambiato in Revocation nel 2006. La band ha pubblicato sette album studio, Empire of the Obscene, Existence Is Futile, Chaos of Forms, Revocation, Deathless e Great is our Sin rispettivamente nel 2008, nel 2009, nel 2011, nel 2013, nel 2014 e nel 2016. L'ultimo album, uscito nel 2018 è intitolato The Outer Ones ed è stato preceduto da 3 singoli tratti dallo stesso: Of Unworldly Origin, The Outers Ones e Blood Atonement; Il primo di questi è stato pubblicato anche in versione video musicale su canale YouTube dalla Metal Blade Records, etichetta della band dal 2014.
