Joseph Michael Hill, detto Dusty (Dallas, 19 maggio 1949), è un bassista, tastierista e cantante statunitense, conosciuto prevalentemente per essere il bassista e tastierista degli ZZ Top.
A volte, Dusty ha anche cantato in alcuni brani dei ZZ Top (ad esempio in uno dei loro più grandi successi, Tush). Assieme al collega Billy Gibbons sfoggia una caratteristica barba.
